Teal'c is the first to awaken, and secretly observes Dr. Fraiser and General Hammond talking with two aliens. The General orders Teal'c and Major Samantha Carter placed in holding cells. Feigning unconsciousness, he waits until he and his escorts are away from the infirmary before overpowering the guards and waking Carter. 

Carter and Teal'c quickly realize that they cannot trust anyone in the SGC and must seek help outside the base. During the escape, one of them is captured. Jack: "Who's that?"

Paul: "Major Davis."

Jack: "Colonel O'Neill."

Paul: "What's going on? How did we get like this?"

Jack: "You're asking me?"

Paul: "Yes, sir. If there's another Fraiser, my guess is there's another you and me walking around, too."

Jack: "Why are we the only ones awake?"

Paul: "Maybe...uh... maybe a malfunction? Colonel, what are you doing?"

Jack: "I'm gonna wake her up."

Paul: "Do you think that's such a good idea, sir?"

Jack: "It's an idea."

Paul: "What about the other thing?"

Jack: "The other thing. Okay.  She's just an alien, just an alien... Whoa... Yeah, that's an alien, all right. Why don't you find something to tie it up? ...Hello?"

'Daniel': "Colonel?"

Jack: "Yes."

'Daniel': "It's you?"

Jack: "Yes."

'Daniel': "It's good to see you. Oh my God, I figured they had to be keeping you alive in order to access your minds--"

Jack: "Whoa, hey. Who are you?"

'Daniel': "Sir? Oh, sorry."

Paul: "Major Carter."

Jack: "Oh, well in that case, it's good to see you, too."

Sam: "Every one of the people in this room has been duplicated by the aliens, sir."

Jack: "Ah, noticed that."

Sam: "The procedure didn't work on me or Teal'c. We escaped, but Teal'c's been captured."

Jack: "Where is he?"

Sam: "I don't know, I haven't had time to find him, sir.  Look, Colonel Maybourne's forces are moving in soon."

Jack: "Maybourne? How'd he get--?

Sam: "I called him."

Jack: "Willingly?"

Sam: "Colonel, in twenty-nine minutes, those forces are gonna break down the front door and shoot anything that resists. We need to get our people disconnected."

Jack: "Yeah. I pulled that headband thing off of Fraiser. Her evil twin came running."

Sam: "Well, how did you two get free?"

Paul: "We just woke up."

Sam: "That must have happened when I killed you."

Jack: "I'm sorry?"

Sam: "I killed the aliens impersonating both of you on the plane."

Jack: "And they don't know you did this?"

Sam: "I don't know, sir. There is a specific tone that if sustained will disrupt these devices. The machine's in my lab."

Jack: "Go."

Paul: "Sir, we're gonna need more weapons."

Jack: "Armoury."

Paul: "Yes sir."
